Monday’s are Motivational

Huhhhh it’s Monday already……. This was a thought that I would have every Monday, as the sun forced my eyes to open. But what if Monday’s could be looked at as a chance to start over? If you had a bad week last week, it’s okay, it happens. If you’ve felt unproductive or unaccomplished, that is okay to.

Take a deep breath and tell yourself that today is going to be the start of not a good week but a great week. Start a habit of letting Monday’s be MOTIVATIONAL. If there is no one around to give you that boost you’ve been looking for, find that boost from within. Let today be the moment where you begin to focus on the things you want to do. You don’t even have to take a big leap, small steps can be beneficial and rewarding.

If you are an aspiring writer, take out a sheet of paper and write down the best paragraph about any topic you can think of. You want to get in shape? Find 10 to 15 minutes in your day to take a walk and count how many steps you’ve taken within that time frame. After seeing your total amount of steps, set a goal to increase that number.

No longer should Monday’s be meaningless. We are all creators and we all have the chance to be positive individuals. Make this Monday count!
